Brigade World Trade Center, Technopark

Brigade World Trade Center Technopark is the second World Trade Center by Brigade Group in Kerala, coming up on a non-SEZ land parcel inside Technopark Phase I at Kazhakkottam, Thiruvananthapuram. The foundation stone and Bhoomi puja for the flagship tower were held on 11 February 2026, marking the formal start of construction of what Brigade describes as a global business hub for the city. Brigade Group conducted the foundation stone laying ceremony along with Bhoomi puja for its flagship World Trade Center at Technopark Phase I, Kazhakkottam, and it will consist of 20 floors, plus ground and four basements, designed to serve as a global business hub aimed at enhancing the local IT ecosystem and attracting international investment.

Alongside the office tower, Brigade is bringing in a large hospitality component to the campus. The WTC will come up alongside a high-end 237-room business hotel by Marriott International. This mix of premium office space and hospitality is intended to give occupiers and visiting business travellers a fully integrated address within one of India's most established IT parks.

The development builds on Brigade's earlier success in Kerala. Encouraged by the success of World Trade Center Kochi, Brigade is bringing Kerala's second WTC to Trivandrum, with an overall plan to develop over a million sq.ft of premium office space. Aimed at developing around 1.5 million sq.ft of infrastructure spread across a cluster of towers, the WTC is expected to generate employment opportunities, both direct and indirect, for over 10,000 people.

The project sits within Brigade's larger Kerala push. Overall, Brigade plans to bring in approximately Rs 1,500 crores of investment to the state in the coming years. On the same day as the foundation stone laying, Brigade also opened a companion IT building nearby. The company also inaugurated Brigade Square, a 1.85 lakh sq.ft IT building located near Technopark's Park Centre.
