A new 16-storey tower rises at Kerala's most trusted business address.
Discover MoreBrigade World Trade Center Kochi has been at the heart of the state's IT growth story since it opened its twin towers inside Infopark Phase 1, Kakkanad. Brigade's existing WTC towers, with a combined built-up area of 7.7 lakh square feet, are fully occupied and house 37 companies employing 8,000 people. The campus carries the credentials businesses look for in a Grade A workplace, with architectural design comprising B+G+10F+T set in two towers, aligning with Grade A specifications and LEED Gold certification.
Building on this success, Brigade is now adding a third tower to the campus. Infopark and Brigade Enterprises entered into a pact for the construction of the third Tower of the World Trade Center (WTC) at Infopark Kochi Phase 1, a 150 crore project consisting of a 16-storey tower and a built-up space of 2.6 lakh sq.ft. Unlike the existing SEZ towers, the new tower has a built-up area of 2.6 lakh square feet and will be developed on a non-SEZ plot of land.
The new tower, referred to as Tower C, comes with its own car parking infrastructure. Brigade Group said it will develop a 16-storey tower with a car park of six decks. Once operational, this phase 2 expansion will construct a 16-storey third building complex with a built-up area of 260,000 square feet, taking the total built-up area of WTC Kochi to exceed 1 million square feet across three towers.
The project also carries economic significance for the state. The project is expected to be completed within three years and will result in the creation of 2,700 direct jobs. Kerala's leadership has backed the expansion publicly, with the Chief Minister noting that 583 new companies have set up offices in Infopark since 2016 generating 70,000 jobs, and that the coming up of the third tower will augment development of not just Infopark but the entire IT sector in the state.
WTC Kochi offers flexible floor-plate office spaces across its towers, with Tower C adding fresh non-SEZ inventory to the campus once construction is complete.

Brigade has built WTC Kochi to Grade A standards, and the new Tower C is designed to extend the same quality benchmarks to a non-SEZ audience of businesses.
The existing campus carries Grade A specifications with LEED Gold green-building certification.
Office space designed as per NBC norms and equipped with destination-controlled elevators for efficient vertical movement.
A shared cafeteria operated by Paragon, a well-known culinary group in Kochi, serves occupiers across the campus.
A grand double-height lobby welcomes employees and visitors at the entrance of the towers.
Green, landscaped gardens around the campus soften the corporate setting and offer outdoor breakout spaces.
The new tower is being built with a dedicated six-deck car park to ease parking pressure on the campus.
Sustainability provisions include rainwater harvesting, a zero-discharge waste design system, and an on-site STP.
Controlled campus access via boom barriers adds a layer of security for occupier businesses.
Office floor plates at WTC Kochi range from smaller suites of around 5,000 sq ft to full floors of roughly 43,000 sq ft, with Tower C to offer similarly flexible layouts across its 16 storeys once ready.
The WTC Kochi master plan places two completed SEZ towers around a shared cafeteria and landscaped campus, with the new non-SEZ Tower C being added as a standalone 16-storey block with its own parking deck.
Brigade World Trade Center sits inside Infopark Phase 1 in Kakkanad, one of Kochi's most established IT and business districts. The campus is positioned close to the Seaport-Airport Road, giving occupiers quick access to both Cochin International Airport and the port areas, while public transport links connect the campus to the rest of the city. Quality hotels, restaurants, banks, and other business services are located within a short distance from the project. Being inside Infopark Phase 1 also means Tower C occupiers step into an established ecosystem of IT and ITES companies rather than a standalone building. The existing WTC towers already house 37 companies employing 8,000 people, and the wider Infopark campus has seen 583 new companies set up offices since 2016, generating 70,000 jobs, underlining the strength of the micro-market Tower C is joining.
