The project has moved quickly from construction to occupancy. Brigade Group signed a lease agreement with HealthEdge, a US-headquartered healthcare technology company backed by Bain Capital, for around 1.62 lakh square feet across 11 floors of Brigade Square, its first IT office building in Thiruvananthapuram, filling the bulk of the 2 lakh square foot building. The lease covers 11 floors of Brigade Square, strengthening Thiruvananthapuram's position as an emerging destination for technology and global businesses.
Brigade Square is also the first phase of a much larger commitment to the city. Brigade Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Kerala to develop a 2 million sq. ft World Trade Center within Technopark Phase 1, and Brigade Square forms part of this larger development, further strengthening the Group's presence in the city. The foundation stone for the flagship WTC at Technopark Phase I, Kazhakkottam, was laid in February 2026.
