In a significant update for current and prospective guests, Brigade Hotel and Marriott have upgraded and rebranded the property, formerly operating as Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark, and it now operates as Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Infopark. The rebrand represents a strategic asset upgrade by Brigade Hotel Ventures in one of the city's strongest business districts. The property continues to offer the same 218 rooms and suites, dining venues, spa and event spaces guests have come to associate with the Infopark address.
Brigade Hotel Ventures currently operates nine hotels with 1,604 keys across Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Mysuru and GIFT City through partnerships with global hospitality brands including Marriott, Accor and InterContinental Hotels Group. This Kochi property remains one of the flagship assets in that portfolio, benefiting from strong occupancy driven by the adjoining IT park.
