Brigade GIFT City, Gandhinagar

Brigade GIFT City is a landmark commercial development by Brigade Group located inside Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City), Gandhinagar — India's first operational smart city and International Financial Services Centre. Brigade International Finance Centre is a 2 Basement + Ground +14 Floor structure, with a total development of over half a million sq.ft. envisioned, of which the first phase of 3,15,000 sq.ft. is already operational and home to several Indian and multinational banks, insurance firms, foreign exchange companies and fintechs. The building is IGBC LEED Gold pre-certified, reflecting a strong emphasis on sustainable, quality construction.

Being set within a Special Economic Zone, the project brings distinct commercial advantages. GIFT City is India's first smart city with an International Financial Services Centre, offering advanced infrastructure, global connectivity and exclusive tax incentives for businesses. Looking ahead, Brigade is expanding the campus with a second tower. Tower 1 is already operational while the upcoming BIFC 2 is expected by December 2027, and the project comprises two towers with an ample floor plate area of approximately 3,15,000 sq.ft. in the first phase. The upcoming BIFC 2 tower will be a taller structure with 3 basements, ground, and 24 floors, designed with future-ready infrastructure and sustainable building practices.
