BuzzWorks Multi-City Expansion Blueprint Unveiled

BuzzWorks, the premium managed office and co-working arm of the Brigade Group, has announced its strategic foray into Mysuru with the launch of Brigade Vantage on Vinoba Road. The new 16,000 sq ft managed office space in Mysuru features over 500 seats, marking a significant milestone in the brand's expansion strategy. This launch is one of the components of a larger multi-city expansion blueprint that will be implemented during this financial year.

The launch comes as businesses increasingly look beyond metro cities such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai for office expansion due to lower operational costs, improving infrastructure and access to skilled talent. BuzzWorks' entry into Mysuru marks its entry into a fast maturing technology ecosystem, with a superior offering designed to address a critical gap where the supply of Grade-A managed facilities remains relatively limited. BuzzWorks is positioned as the first Grade A managed workspace in the city, with first-mover advantage coupled with market demand providing a strong fit for the brand and business.

Beyond Mysuru, the expansion roadmap is ambitious. In Bengaluru, BuzzWorks plans to expand its presence at Brigade Tech Gardens in Whitefield and launch another centre at Brigade Elysium in Varthur. The company is also increasing office capacity at the World Trade Centre campus at Brigade Gateway in Rajajinagar due to sustained occupier demand. In Chennai, BuzzWorks is preparing to launch a new managed workspace centre at Brigade Tech Boulevard. This move capitalises on Chennai's 25% growth in GCC activity and its status as a national leader in BFSI and automotive engineering leasing.

BuzzWorks is focused on driving its expansion strategy across markets, with growth at over a 100% compared to the last financial year and are on their way to double the portfolio this FY. The company is offering a plug-and-play environment that bridges the quality gap and empowers businesses to scale with confidence and speed.

In 2026, coworking evolution continues with strong demand driven by hybrid work, enterprise adoption, and expansion into emerging markets. Flexible workspaces in Tier-2 cities offer savings of up to 50% compared to metro markets, making them attractive for both domestic firms and multinational corporations. In Q1 2026, flex operators accounted for 25.9% of total office leasing activity, underscoring the rapid growth of the managed office sector.
