Brigade Enterprises Ltd has acquired a 4.04-acre land parcel in Neopolis Phase 3, Hyderabad, at an estimated ₹118 crore per acre through an auction conducted by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA). This purchase marks Brigade's second investment in the Neopolis micro-market, following an earlier acquisition that is currently being developed as Brigade Gateway (Plot No. 8).
This move comes on the back of an aggressive expansion push across the city. "Hyderabad is a key market in our expansion strategy," said Amar Mysore, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited. The Neopolis Phase 3 buy sits alongside other recent Brigade land deals in Hyderabad, including Joint Development Agreements with a combined revenue potential of over ₹970 crore. Brigade Enterprises has partnered with landowners to develop two housing projects in Hyderabad with an estimated revenue of more than ₹970 crore, signing Joint Development Agreements for upcoming residential projects in Moti Nagar, Hyderabad – Brigade Citadel 2 and Citadel 3.
While the final masterplan is still being finalised, early industry chatter points to an ambitious vertical development on this compact 4-acre plot. Preliminary reports suggest a single soaring tower with a large number of apartments planned here, positioning it among the tallest residential addresses in the Neopolis skyline once formally launched, though these figures remain unconfirmed and subject to change as approvals progress.
Brigade Neopolis Phase 3 is currently at the land-acquisition and planning stage. Configurations, tower design, amenities, and pricing will be officially unveiled closer to launch, and the project will carry TS RERA registration before bookings open, in line with Brigade's practice across its other Neopolis developments.
Detailed unit sizes and price lists for Brigade Neopolis Phase 3 have not been officially released yet; based on the scale of the land parcel and Brigade's positioning in Neopolis, the project is expected to offer premium high-rise apartments once launched.
