Brigade Primus Senior Living marks Brigade Group's next big step in purpose-built retirement homes, born out of a partnership between Brigade Group and Primus Senior Living. Brigade Group has partnered with Primus Senior Living, an expert in managing senior living communities, to launch three senior living communities across Bengaluru and other geographies in South India. The upcoming projects will have an expected Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs. 750 crores.

What makes this initiative special is that it isn't a standalone facility tucked away in isolation. Two out of these three projects are integrated within larger township developments, offering greater inclusivity and access to shared social infrastructure and amenities. One of these is planned within the well-established Brigade Orchards township in Devanahalli, giving seniors the comfort of familiar surroundings, gardens, and multi-generational company rather than a walled-off retirement colony.

The homes themselves are designed around the everyday realities of ageing gracefully. These communities are designed to meet every stage of life with dignity and purpose, with age-specific amenities including wellness centres, hobby lounges, medical bays, fully accessible pathways, concierge services, curated events and inter-generational workshops that foster connections beyond walls. This builds on real, proven ground - Brigade Group forayed into the senior living segment in 2017 with the launch of Parkside at Brigade Orchards, its first dedicated senior living community.

With over 600 homes planned across the portfolio and a scale-driven model bringing Primus's specialised care expertise to Brigade's construction quality, Brigade Primus Senior Living is shaping up to be one of South India's most anticipated retirement housing initiatives. Primus Senior Living, founded in 2013, already operates communities in Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, and Kolkata, bringing proven operational playbooks.
