Hyatt House Bengaluru Devanahalli is a new-generation hospitality development being built by BCV Developers Private Limited, part of the Brigade Group, in partnership with Hyatt Hotels Corporation. BCV Developers Private Limited signed a management agreement with Hyatt for Hyatt House Bengaluru Devanahalli, a greenfield development, with plans to open in 2027, that will feature 135 serviced apartments designed for both extended stays and short getaways.

Set in the heart of the fast-growing Devanahalli corridor, the property is designed for the modern traveller who needs the comforts of home alongside the services of a hotel. The serviced apartments will serve the rapidly growing Devanahalli tech corridor, which includes upcoming IT Parks, the Aerospace Science Park, and the planned Financial City, and are located just 20 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport.
