Brigade Group is preparing to add another home to its growing Hyderabad portfolio, with a new residential development planned on a four-acre parcel within Neopolis, Kokapet. The developer has confirmed that this project is the previously announced four-acre project in Neopolis that is in an advanced design stage. It sits in one of West Hyderabad's most closely watched growth corridors, an area that already hosts Brigade's flagship Gateway township and several other marquee developments.

Early design information points to a single striking high-rise tower rather than a sprawling low-rise layout. According to project planning details, the proposed development will feature a striking 53 floor tower with 2 basement levels, 5 podium levels, an eco deck, and a multi level clubhouse, with spacious 3 and 4 BHK residences with large layouts, crafted for families who value openness, privacy, and scale. This positions the project as a large-format, low-density offering rather than a dense, small-unit high-rise.

While the design is being finalised, Brigade continues to expand its presence across the city. As the company noted, it marked its debut in Hyderabad with Brigade at No.7 in Banjara Hills, expanded with Brigade Citadel in Moti Nagar and continues to strengthen its presence with Brigade Gateway at Neopolis, a 4 Million sqft premium mixed-use development, and Brigade Enclave and Brigade Manor in Moti Nagar.
