Multiple listings also place it right beside a major retail landmark, with the project located at Velachery, Chennai, right next to Phoenix Market City, giving residents everyday convenience alongside long commutes to work being cut down.

On ground, the development is being positioned as a low-density, high-privacy address rather than a typical high-rise cluster. The project is spread across 5.19 acres and includes only 284 families in four modern towers offering a private and peaceful lifestyle, with a strong and modern structure that includes two basement levels, two stilt levels and 13 floors of homes, where most of the apartments (about 90%) face North or East for good ventilation and natural light, and each floor has only six apartments, giving residents more privacy.
Home sizes stretch well beyond the city average. It offers spacious 3, 4 and 5 BHK duplex homes ranging from 2,033 sq. ft. to 6,300 sq. ft., which are quite large for city living.
