The project is spread across 5.19 acres and includes only 284 families in four modern towers offering a private and peaceful lifestyle, with a strong and modern structure that includes two basement levels, two stilt levels and 13 floors of homes, where most of the apartments (about 90%) face North or East for good ventilation and natural light, and each floor has only six apartments, giving residents more privacy.
