Brigade Group has formally announced the launch of Brigade Stellaris, a new residential address on Velachery Road that the developer describes as a bridge between Chennai's Central Business District and the fast-growing OMR IT corridor. Every home is planned without shared walls, giving residents a sense of privacy and an open, three-sided view uncommon in dense city developments. The architecture has been shaped in collaboration with Singapore-based SOG Design, whose biophilic approach weaves light, air and greenery into the built form.

The project is registered with the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority under RERA number TNRERA/29/BLG/0052/2026, with completion scheduled for 2030.
