Speaking on the acquisition, Brigade Group's Managing Director Pavitra Shankar stated that the acquisition supports the company's vision of building destination developments in growth corridors, adding that the Whitefield–Hoskote stretch is expected to witness sustained real estate activity given key infrastructure projects in the pipeline. The development is envisioned as a genuine live-work-play address, with the master plan meticulously crafted to blend three critical components of modern life: premium residential living, high-grade commercial workspaces, and vibrant retail outlets.
Homes at the township are being planned as a collection of 14 high-rise towers with 24 floors (3B+G+24), offering approximately 2,000 premium 2.5, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. The project ensures 80% open space, creating a balanced lifestyle between nature and modern comforts. Currently in its pre-launch stage, the project gives early registrants a chance to lock in units ahead of the formal price list and RERA approval.
This isn't a one-off launch for Brigade in the belt. The developer has been steadily building a presence here, having entered into an agreement in January 2025 to develop another 20-acre residential land parcel in the same Whitefield–Hoskote region, expected to yield a GDV of ₹2,700 crore with approximately 2.5 million sq ft of saleable area, acquired at a cost of around ₹630 crore, reflecting the confidence the brand has in this growth pocket of Bengaluru.
The township is planned around spacious 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK apartments; final pricing and unit-wise details will be confirmed at official launch.
