Brigade Bogadi Road, Mysuru

Brigade Bogadi Road is an upcoming residential development by Brigade Group, planned on Bogadi Road in Mysuru, one of the city's fast-developing residential corridors. The project came about after Brigade Group signed a deal to develop 10 acres and 37 guntas of prime land in Mysuru, with a gross development value of approximately ₹225 crore, through a Joint Development Agreement. This marks another milestone in Brigade's commitment to expanding its presence in Mysuru, which already has about 30 projects across Residential, Office, Retail and Hospitality.

The development is designed to offer well-planned 2 and 3 BHK apartments, with reports suggesting the possibility of senior living homes and plotted options in future phases as well. The company has stated that the project, with a total development potential of 0.37 million square feet, is well-placed to set a new standard in premium residential living for the region.

Bogadi Road itself has grown steadily as a residential pocket thanks to its calm surroundings, wide roads and improving social infrastructure, while staying well connected to the rest of Mysuru. Located near the upcoming Outer Ring Road, Brigade Bogadi Road offers smooth connectivity to important areas of Mysuru. The project draws on Brigade's decades-long track record of building well-planned, sustainably designed communities across South India.

While exact unit sizes, floor plans and pricing are yet to be officially released, the project is currently at an early, pre-RERA stage, and formal registration and pricing details are expected to follow as the launch progresses.
